2009 - Season 1, WildBrain

I had a great time with the freedom to design and paint the color keys for the first season of this funny show. They are based on the storyboards, but sometimes the boards only had a character, allowing me to invent the background. My only directives were to make them with loose linework reminiscent of the old UPA style, use texture, and no airbrushing. These were so fun to work on, I literally had one note during the entire season!
